Conclusion:

HP's old dog dual core Opteron is 37.14% faster than
futuristic(expected 2 months later) dual core Xeon
7000 at 3.0GHZ in integer performance.

Both DELL and HP did not submit SpecFP results for
2CPU, 4CORE paxville, so let's look at this as a
reference:

Conclusion:

In number crunching, HP's old 2P Opteron is 216.27%
faster than DELL's 4P 3.66GHZ Xeon server -- no wonder
HP and DELL did not submit its specfp results for dual
core Xeon at 2.8 or 3.GHZ -- they don't want to
embarrass their friends at INTEL.
