It's not about who said what.
Actually, it's not hearsay evidence. It's documentary evidence - that's why the subpeonas are for documents.

I would be highly suprised to see a written document from anyone at Intel speaking specifically about AMD. Yes there may be wording that "if you use other products you lose the discount/advertising we grant you", but very little beyond that.

If the documents indeed contain such wording, then it could support AMD's claim. AMD is claiming that Intel is exerting influence to raise obstacles to competition
