That is called heresay evidence and as a rule has no value in court. There is a good reason for that and it's because things are um, added when retold.

I would be highly suprised to see a written document from anyone at Intel speaking specifically about AMD. Yes there may be wording that "if you use other products you lose the discount/advertising we grant you", but very little beyond that.

I think AMD is setting themselves up for a real loss.
