Apparently you don't know chip architecture that well. IBM's POWER 5 and POWER 5+ are used for far more than just intensive graphics processing.

Plus, you can't run OS slices on the XBox 360 Chip. Only one system.

a POWER 5 can run up to 10 separate servers per chip. Not an easy task and something that your puny intel chips could even dream of handling.
