How does an article about outsourcing in Europe...
I would suspect that we feel the same way our European counterparts probably feel about outsourcing. And since HP is an American company, I guess we can comment on that. Look, forget about the words efficiency, better code, and all of that. I am all for improving efficiency, but please, outsourcing is nothing more than getting cheap labor for short term goals. It has nothing to do with the long term benefits of anybody, even most of the workers in India. HP basically said it sucks to be you Europe. How the hell can you defend an American company telling European workers to go spit? As an American, I am embarrased by HP's actions.
