Nor I either...
Had a very simple request, a couple of years ago, for a replacement display adapter card for a refurbished Dell computer I bought, turn into a complete nightmare. Their "crack" onsite tech refused to show up because he was "tired", according to his supervisor. And the idiot supervisor told me I would have to wait another day...after I had cancelled a days worth of appointments to wait for this clown. They sent me the wrong card TWICE, after I told their Tech Support company they would never touch my computer.

Manager after Manager refused to take my calls &/or e-mails?Supervisors did the same as well. It was only thanks to my original sales rep, that I was able to get anywhere. She fed me every Supervisor & Manager?s contact info for the entire organization. I had conversations with the corporate head of "Customer Service" (something they know VERY little about!!), and a whole host of Managers & Department Heads. The thing went all the way up the ladder, and into Michael Dell's office.

It ended up with them sending me a brand new computer for the SEVEN MONTHS I was jerked around. Not what I was after...but certainly what I deserved after the complete shabby treatment I got. I definitely do not recommend Dell to anyone!
