Dell

This post is with regards to dell products for home use, but I have found dell to be the worst company I have dealt with.

I have spent hours on the phone with their support morons - they are probably great if your only problem is that you are too ignorant to realize that you have to plug the computer in to get it to operate - but if you have real issues, they are total incompetents. In fact, I have yet to meet a person with a positive experience from this shady company.

The funny thing is that people continue to buy - its almost as if they are under some kind of spell. I am almost inclined to think that Michael Dell has tapped into the dark mojo and is somehow magically convincing people that dell's computers are more than junk.

Does anyone here have something positive to say about these guys?
