Finally Flash May Pay Off For Music
The iPod Shuffle, and now the Nano, have both seemed like jokes to me, when you consider it from an economic standpoint. Can someone please tell me why I'd want to shell out $250 for a 4GB MP3 player (let alone $129 for 1GB)? It just seems...well...insane. If flash drives get up to the 32-GB range, it will make some sense to consider one (assuming that the price isn't a lot higher than a hard-drive based player). Personally, I'd look forward to a 20 GB SD flash chard. Having that kind of space on a PDA would rock. happy
