Therein lies the problem...
The problem with the legal system is it isn't fairly and evenly applied.

The more money you have, the more power you have, and the more likely you are to prevail in a lawsuit, guilty or not. Innocent or not.

The win or loss of a lawsuit should NOT be guided by how big or powerful your company is.

It should be based on the Law, period, and whether you are guilty or not.

Microsoft is just one company that has proven that to not be the case unfortunately.
