Big difference between "incentives" and BLACKMAIL !
AMD will show that Intel has systematically used blackmail to prevent PC makers from using AMD products or producing products that use AMD's CPUs. This was quite evident when the Asian Mobo makers tried to produce AMD Mobos and Intel threatened to cut them off from all technical info. if they did - That in itself is a violation of law. And at the time Intel was the main revenue stream for these Mobo makers. Now these same Mobo makers produce close to 50% of their Mobos for AMD CPUs - but at a price. Intel has refused to provide technical information mandated by law and it has cost these Mobo makers.

In addition PC makers had a gun held to their heads figuratively if they used AMD CPUs. Most PC makers caved, but the ones who didn't were left out in the cold with little technical info. and withholding of earned "incentives". Intel is a bully and it will be proven in court they violated any number of anti-trust laws.

The real question is can Intel buy off Capitol Hill as MICROSUCKS did so that Intel like MICROSOFT pays no penalty whatsoever for their crimes - just like MICROSUCKS ????

My bet is Intel will be found guilty and will escape paying anything. This is the same Intel who has been caught at least twice if not three times with Income Tax Fraud...

The U.S. government better wake up and realize that sleeping with convicted criminals like MICROSUCKS and Intel is bringing this country to it's knees thru corruption.
