Pure and simple reasoning (to some)
I was a union steward in a small warehousing company during the 80's. Labor had traditionally been duped into voting democrat, and our union dues were used, against our will, to support this party. Oh well, I had a good job and things went well. Then clinton came into office, and although he was supposedly pro-labor he screwed us with NAFTA (among other things). Suddenly unions weren't as able to secure the jobs that were flying out of the country. I lost my job. I lived in a one room apartment for 6 years and had a lot of time to investigate politics. If you were really honest about it it would probably dawn on you too. What I found out was that the social elitists in this and other countries were slowly but surely eroding away the traditions, values, and sovereignty of this country. Taking responsibility away from families and communities and putting them in the hands of the government, because they believe we're too stupid to take care of ourselves (and apparently some are). The damage of clintons 8 years in office had really accelerated this process. Let's face it, clinton had the chance to get "osama been hidin'" and blew it. HE DID NOTHING, and it makes me sick to hear stupid moth#rf'ers whine about Bush when, right or wrong, HE IS DOING SOMETHING to put a stop to the bull$hit we have had to put up with in this country for far too long. The social elitists I reffered to seem to have been absorbed into the democratic party. That's a shame, because now they have become liberal morons, instead of democrats. So you are right about one thing, there was a time when I didn't think of others because I was doing OK. But NO MORE!!! I'm going to try to tell every poor soul who falls into this trap of socialism, lies and deceit. BUSH IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 years ago I got a decent job, bought a house and now I'm way better off than I was under clinton, however I am by no means well off, I work very hard to keep what I have.
If you or anyone else can't believe the truth or learn from the past, then you will be $crewed. Go ahead and climb on the liberal moron bandwagon to hell.
