My summary of INTEL's response
INTEL denies every allegation AMD has made, including AMD made the first 1GHZ x86 chip and INTEL copied AMD's 64 bit instruction set....

But INTEL did not ask the Court to dismiss the case, instead it spent many pages arguing that it should not pay punitive damages in the name of INTEL's 5th and 14th amendments rights.
