Doesn't matter, peolpe are the weekest link
In our area, someone actually built a device from a salvaged stand alon ATM (the small ones you see at roadside restaurants and the like). They basicly set it up, after they altered it, at a small shopping mall in rural PA area. When people placed their cards in it to get cash, it copied the info on the stripe and recorded the pin they just enterd. It wouldn't give money, the screan would just show a message along the line of
"Transaction Temporarily Unavailable At This Time."

Neither security, nor anyone running the mall ever questioned it's apearance.

No sort of security device would help you in a situation like that, yet an iquisitive employee would have.
