Ummm....you must have never been to a crowded pool before then. You could have a hundred kids in there. What if there were playing 'tag'? Then kids would be swimming away from the victim. And as for the parents, you oviously aren't one. Maybe the parents had two kids, and they were looking after one at the time. All it takes is about 5 seconds for this to happen. Tell me, will you keep your eyes on your kids at ALL times? You better not blink then, 'cause that's all it takes.
