TERRIBLE IDEA
1) hard coding anit-virus means you can't undo or upgrade it. If viruses are anything they're adaptable and always changing - not to mention they exploit "built-in features" which leads us to the other reason this is a TERRIBLE IDEA.

2) Now we've given virus writers an open door to take all our PC's offline, and don't say a PC will go offline before it can spread it because there's nothing keeping all PC's on a network from receiving a broadcast virus simultaneously - not to mention sleeper viruses that don't actually infect the computer until a given time.

Anti-virus should stay in software. Automatically taking a PC offline when a virus is detected empowers virus writers with yet one more way to render a network unusable.
