Dell will use AMD chips
Dell has no problem using AMD chips, and get plenty of demand for it. There are reasons right now that they cant.

For one, AMD doesnt make enough chips. For the higher prices Dell will have to pay for intel chips, they would need a lot of AMD chips in a few lines to counter it. The amount of chips they would need, AMD can not supply. Just for you to think about... Dell sells more processors (all intel) in one quarter, than AMD makes in a year.
