Pure hogwash!!!: "Fix the education system, R & D, infrastructure, and do no harm (with legislation)." Right on -- particularly on the third point. We won't preserve U.S. IT capability by protecting established monopolies with silly patent and copyright law, and certainly not with the Digital Monopoly Creation Act (DMCA). We'll just force innovation, growth, and regrettably, liberty overseas. After all, "The world is the marketplace."
