Who is this guy trying to BS??? His claim that the US is in some way experiencing a shortage of Engineers flies in the face of reality. A reality where freshly minted Bachelors Degrees are as common at the local MacDonald's as French fries.
Like the railway tycoons that wanted CHEAP Chinese labor to lay the rails, this man wants to open the doors for CHEAP engineering labor. Nothing has changed, rich people want to be richer and the best way to do it is to squeeze those further down the ladder.
Look folks, I am as pro business as anyone but that is not what we are seeing here. This is the wholesale raping of American life in exchange for a fist full of dollars for those at the top of the corporate beast.
