It's about the screen size you want to carry

Ultimately, the size of the screen you want to carry is what will dictate where this goes. Even so, all will co-exist.

The capability between a "laptop" and a "PDA" will continue to diminish but the screen size will determine the formfactors people would want to carry.

Here are some statements from the article.....and what he really meant....
(1) "I don't carry a laptop anymore because my phone is sophisticated enough,"
** My 2inch screen is all I need to read email***

(2) "Because of the wear and tear laptops go through, the replacement cycle for notebooks can run about two years.."
** Wait till you sit on and/or lose your PDA !!
