The suit is all but classic antitrust - by exerting pressure on their customers, Intel has "injured the ability of" AMD to gain market share. Since a majority of servers are custom built or white-box to begin with, the sudden increase in sales will be as indication that the product is more than just viable in the market place - it will actually bolster AMD's contention that, had the market place been "fair and open", they SHOULD have an improved market share, but since they don't, some other force must be in play. Intel.
