I see your mistake
I see your mistake in that your definition of monopoly is when a seller has a high % of something. I wonder if that is AMD's mistake too?

A monopoly is when there are many buyers but only one seller (hint: mono means one) or an exclusive control or possession of something.

It seems like this article suggests AMD can in fact sell into this market and customers can in fact buy something other than Intel.
