At least it cuts into the huge amounts of cash that China has to develop/steal/hoard weapons that they will eventually use to destroy the US.

If the Soviet Union was the "Evil Empire" then China makes them seem like a side attraction at Disney World.

Get a clue people. Even their Generals like to boast of using nukes against the US and they get promoted for it. Could you imagine if a US general said he'd nuke France?
