Can you read? Nowhere did I refer to Bush as the idiot from a previous era. Neither Bush or Clinton are idiots. No idiot could ever rise to the level of being President. Just because you do not like someone, or agree with their views, does not make the an idiot.

Oh, and please provide references of where Bush blamed Clinton for everything. Include date & time and reputable news source.
