A company already established as a provider doesn't need to do as much prospecting as a company entering a field, no?!

Ms. Fiorina brought new emphasis to many fields, maybe too many fields.

Now, without examination, without a strategy, HP has decided to match costs at companies established in a given field.

Cuts costs, assures failure. The HP way.
