Because that's the damm problem with this country. All the damm Executives and CEO's and so forth want all the damm money without having to pay anyone.

Don't you people get it? The less people you have in your company the quicker it goes down hill.

You want to see a good example. Go to any Home Depot store that has been there for about 2 or more years. What you will find is less Home Depot in the isle's to help you and more of them running away. What's my point? All the new Home Depots have a lot of new employees and plenty of people to help you, then when you're all set in, they cut down the staff and it turns into what's described above.

Personally speaking, we need to stop cutting the IT jobs and start addind more. Everyone complains that less and less people are going to school for Computer Science, well there's a good reason, there's so few jobs why bother?

The displacement for computer work is so disgusting to me now that i've gone completely indenpendant from any corporation, that's right, independant consultant. Let me tell you good folks out there who know how to work a computer really good, it's soo much better work then B/S'ing at some joe-blow corporate company
