Hard Working High Officials.
`` Hewlett-Packard officials worked over the weekend to finalize the size of the layoffs, which will come within 5 percent of the previously targeted 15,000 positions, according to a source close to the company.''

It is ironic (and shameful), that on the rare occasion that higher officials decided to work during the weekend, they did so to FIRE others working for them, possibly all other weekends.

Like the problem is the people making 35-60K a year and NOT the mid to upper management which makes 70-130K a year mostly messing around other people's work.
