"RFID in the wrong hands has the potential to virtually elsave the entire population."

Thank you. That says it all. Bit's comparing a sore throat to AIDS. But, sadly, this just goes to show how warped his true opinion must be about P2P. wink

"Those who use the reasoning that their use of P2P allows them to "get back" at the abusive RIAA are only hurting the rest of us."

Actually the RIAA's course would be unchanged regardless of what the public does. That'd be like saying that the US military just changed its strategic plans because some Iraqi teen threw a rock at a US tank. The RIAA will do everything in its power to end fair use and "enslave" the content world.

"If we are truly interested in getting the RIAA's attention we should STOP buying their crap."

Already have long ago. I haven't bought a CD in YEARS. I'd like to add that we should also wage militant sabotage strikes at the big 5 cartel.

"Use existing laws to go after copyright infringements and leave P2P alone."

Yes but the true aim of all the nazi RIAA legislation is shutting down P2P, as that is what will threaten their monopoly on content distribution channels.
