Got to thinking about it and I know lots of people are going to post about how terrible this technology will be if not controlled. In fact I am one of them. (See my earlier post.)
But then I applied the same logic many like to use for P2P. ---If it has legitimate use, even if only 5% of all use, then it must be allowed.--- Wasn't that the test for P2P software? Wasn't that very sentiment voiced very loudly in these very talkbacks? Indeed I believe it was!
Can't we look at it and also say, its not the technology, it's the users. No new laws are needed, just use the ones already one the books. Let those that believe they have a legal complaint take them to civil court.
