Another Correction sorry
Actually HP was the biggest fool of all.

HP employemnt agreement had a clause which
pretty much warrant HP right on anything
that you could come up with, even on your
spare time. Woz let Job knew about it, after
they came up with Apple II and were forced
to present it to HP. HP expressed no
interest at all on Woz's "wooden box" and granted
Woz "ownership". Soon after Woz quit HP and
started Apple Computer with Job.

I don't think necessary to tell you how succesful
Apple II was!!!
