A pattern of fixed percentages across an industry show collusion at some level.

How'd everyone end up at such similar %'s? Are we to believe that they all have such a good handle on a volatile market that they could keep it so close?

The net-net was 75 - 80%. Was it disguised behind a "rebate" program based on magical numbers? Discovery will yield the workings on all these agreements.

It is quite legal to have target pricing agreements based upon aggregate volume purchases, but the devil is in how the targets were determined.

You can be a bully without being nefarious. AMD has much to gain, and conversely, Intel has much to lose with even a black eye if they crossed that fine line.
