AMD can be a force now

AMD can be a force now if they can get Intel to quit sidestepping them every time they try to make a new advance. I think AMD timed this lawsuit perfectly; they didnt cry when they were lowly and losing at everything. Truth is, they are still small and have bad earnings every year, but they still managed to become better than Intel at what they do.. make CPUs faster, better and more efficient. All the allegations AMD makes are true but they didnt even mention how Intel HAD to have its way with every damn motherboard spec ever created and wouldnt let AMDs even better ideas become the standard. The only thing AMD has won over intel is the very recent 64bit architecture for x86 chips which intel tried so hard to squash and they have the NX spec for hardware antivirus within Windows. Get the heck out of the way Intel and let AMD do their thing a-holles. We would get alot more good things from AMD if Intel loses this lawsuit.
