Yes, well..
I'm sure all this wonderful shift to web services will take place before the end of the year. If I were you, I wouldn't bet the farm on it. Broad scale web services are a ways away in the corporate environment. The mass of Win client apps will be in place for quite a while. In any case .Net will get a big load of the future web services apps and those will still be Win clients.
