The U.S. will never learn
After the second world war Japan started producing Steel cheaper then the U.S. - why because Japan started using newer technology and the U.S. never bothered to upgrade its plants. This is the same story over again, rather then upgrading our plants for chip - WE give the newer technology away and loose OUR jobs.
