The rumor is that Apple may be switching to Intel, this does not mean x86. Intel could come up with a PowerPC similar chip, or they could use this as a time to push Itanium into the mainstream. Or they could feature something else. Who really knows. Well Steve Jobs knows, but even he questions himself. Atleast I hope he does or we may all be in a bad spot here come 2007.
