- But not to long ago, it was something else.

It was the quality of parts and it was what was inside that was better than intel. But more and more the Mac is begining to look like a PC is a modified OS.
Granted, I don't think a PC has Firewire 800 support yet, but Apple really hasn't been pushing devices for Firewire 800 either.
I still think that Apple is a better product for the time being, but I think that their "Cost Cutting" is beginning to ware a little thin. I first felt betrayed when they started using IDE drives, now Intel Chips? Where will it end? Hopefully this is all disinformation and the rumor will blow over.
