Apple losing the point...
What a load of twaddle! All this means is that Mac users will be running a BSD-based OS on an Intel chip... hmmmm... sounds very VERY similar to users who run Linux on intel chips to me! If this goes ahead, then all these new fashionable users of Macs will have no substantial argument for using Macs at all - no difference in chip, no point other than cosmetic to buying an Apple Mac. Just buy an inexpensie PC and stick Linux on it...
