Intel Impedes the transition to 64-bit
Everytime Intel says there is no DEMAND 4 64-bit they are trying to prolong this transition and give themselves more time to catch up with AMD. I personally use intel chips on all my computers at home, but Intel's excuses are starting to make me sick! Intel needs to get on the ball and quit making excuses for their inability to keep up with AMD. Too bad the article forgets to mention that AMD's 64 bit processors use less energy at full load than Intel's 64 bit CPU's at idle. I am thinking about switching to AMD for the 64 bit generation of computing
