Intel should fund innovative CE vendors
Relying on stodgy companies like Dell or HP to come up with anything 'cool' around dual core (or single core) is a hopeless expectation. Maybe Sony can do something interesting but they are hopelessly proprietary like Apple.

Intel should seed small companies like Shuttle or new consumer electronic (CE) companies to deliver available Intel technology that allow for small , cool, portable devices.

Small and portable is it and intel's capital investment arm can make it happen.
