Dell, HP gain over IBM in server market

It all depends on your perspective: If Dell works for you, great. (only three servers isn't exactly a good sample though ... 20 + is a good sample).
I actually had a bad experiences with Dells servers running linux and swap all 25 boxes with 1+ year old compaq boxes. I also had great experiences using IBM equipment (different than your view).
