and this goes for all vendors too. Why do they insist on using the same vendor even after a big mishap? Why didn't Apple tell the vendor that their product was second rate, after the first occurance, and not fit to go into their laptops? Again, this is not an Apple bash...it applies to all vendors. I just can't understand, contracts, or not, why a company would keep themselves open like that.
