To be honest, they will probally bury that cost over the next 10 years or so. It's everntually got'ta be done purely becuase other conutries are laughing at us.

There are many more countries that are better connected online then we are and we're supposed to the be best you know? So, personally speaking, verizon and the bell's could just do fiber distrobution points at close to the last mile. Then just offer it to customers who want it.
