This card reader works fine as advertised. Must be set up right though. Some posted they have problems with USB speeds--make sure you have your BIOS configured correctly. Only complaint about this product is the audio jacks reverse channels with your headphones. Why I'm not really sure. All readers work perfectly and this unit was a breeze to install. Easily worth $20 bucks...
