1/10 No customer support, Horrid reception
E Munster - 10/31/09
This is the worst sirius radio ever. I have emailed XACT three times for customer support. So far I have gotten, NO response. The only way to contact XACT is through email. Fortunately I only paid $46. for this unit. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a sirius receiver, keep looking. I will never purchase an XACT product again. In fact I am considering canceling my serious account all together, as they are not much help either. Not to mention, serious charges $15. every time you change radios. Even if it is because the radios are junk.
