9/10 Fabulous value

I've had a Nanosat system for three years now. The speakers are small and unobtrusive, can mount anywhere and best of all provide nice diffused sound. This diffusion helps blend out blatant sound effects. You know, the ones that scream "this sound effect brought to you by the right rear speaker". In the real world not every sound that comes from behind is sourced from exactly the same place. That's what the diffusion is for.

My theater is fairly small. The room is about 12' X 20' but the back end has an air hockey table etc. The small Nanosat speakers have plenty of power for this space. Too much power sometimes as my daughter who sleeps two floors above the teater sometimes complains happy All the same, if you've got a large or open space you might need the Omnisats. You could also compensate some with the nano CC to boost the central channel a bit.

All in all, the sound is clear, well-balanced, rich and nuanced. The speakers are small but provide a good range. They are a bit weak in the low end but not as much as you might expect for a 2.75" driver. I bump up the subwoofer-cutover point a bit to compensate for the weaker low end and, in my small space, don't notice the difference.
