One one the nices supprices in HD camcorders in 2009. Not for best picture, features, optics. For about $250 steet You can own a HD memory flash camcorder, light, stylish and very well performing. I was very sceptical to Sanyo name and 720dpi resoulution (not the full 1080). The next camcorder to concider was samsung HD for almost double the price. First look:Cameara's fit and finish is nice. AV cable, power cable, battery, strap, lens cover is included. As well software package (basic versions) Setting it up was almost easy few functions work only for camera or xamcorder. In order to find out, You have to read manual. Taking video and pictures is simple, with lots of manual options if You like them. Same goes for taking pics. Camera starts fast. Bottoms are easy to find and use, therre is little time delay after recording video. Not much. Picture looks ok. It could be ore sharper, better tone accuracy. Autofocus is slow. But these issues are minor, not major. Bottom line: Manual Functions (focus, exposure compensation, iso adjust, color adjustment etc) Few high end features: imsage stabolizer, 30x optical zoom, full HD at 720dpi.Makes this camcorder a winer. i Would love to say that picture quality from Canon would assure HD to be the only standart. Insted a thing good camcorder with dynamite price (cheaper than half standart camcorders) can help become HD camcorders the only choice!
