10/10 Stunning Picture Quality
camfreak87 - 12/22/08
The new Hitachi Hybrid DZBD10-HA camcorder really caught my attention with it's stunning picture quality, longer recording time, easy dubbing and face detection. It has a choice of 3 HD formats (Blu Ray, HDD, SDHC), and you can easily jump from one to the other. This camcorder also features a 7 megapixel CMOS. It has longer recording time with about 4 hours and 20 minutes and the High Resolution Image Processing LSI(analyzes large volumes of data captured by the 7 Mega Pixel CMOS image sensor, and improves picture quality by reducing noise and delivering vibrant colors). Other cool features include transcoding (Allows for users to select high definition video stored on the HDD to be transferred to standard definition DVD copies using the 1-touch dubbing feature), face detection, optical image stabilization and photo capture which lets you select any frame from your movies on the camcorder and turn them into a digital still photo. I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about spending a thousand dollars on a camcorder, but I found this 20% off coupon on the hitachi website. Just go to www.hitachibd.com and type in SAVEBIG when you go to purchase. Pretty sure the code still works, and 20% off is a great deal. All in all I'd say this is a pretty great buy.
