1/10 TERRIBLE__NEEDS WORK

So, when I walked into the Bestbuy and saw this TV for the first time, my mouth dropped open...AWESOME!! I said. I haggled and bought the same day. When I got it home and turned it on and said "AWESOME!!"...then it got dark and I watched a movie with a lot of blacks...The source lights around the edge of the TV were so bright, that I felt like I was watching the program through a port-hole on a cruise ship. I called Bestbuy and had them swap it out for another one. Got the new one and had the same problem. Then I requested that they come out and look at it and make sure it wasn't me...the guy calibrated it and checked everything...said he never saw anything like it...it looks like a big white "X" across the screen...Needless to say I sent it back and got the LN52A650 (what a great buy). Bestbuy guys originally thought I was crazy, but they decided to research and play around with it...when i came back in they said I was right and that they and their executives have been on the phone with SAMSUNG to see what's the deal...glad I got rid of it...Will buy when the technology gets better. Should have not used the White LED's in my opinion...I don't care if it consumes less power or not...
