3/10 No HDMI audio!

This otherwise great receiver has 3 HDMI inputs, but will not play the audio from them. It only passes the signal through to the monitor. HDMI is the standard for audio and video now. To have such an essential feature missing from a receiver this class is deal killer. My recommendation: Step up to the somewhat pricier avr-789, which does offer that feature.
