1/10 Unreliable

I had this unit working less than 48 hours before it went belly up....no sound from any source. NO OUT OF BOX REPLACEMENT WARRANTY Repair service is sketchy at best. The AUTHORISED repair facility has at least 6 other 1909 units with a similar problem, and they are still waiting for parts 2 weeks after I dropped it off. Pulling a 7.1 video system appart in a video room after a DIFFICULT install is no small matter! (I have had to block off the room.) Leaving loose wires etc. for weeks is infuriating! YES! I am MAD ! I am not impressed with any part of the Denon company's product or service offering!!!!
