BUYER/PARENTS BEWARE!! Functionality is terrible. Phone is unreliable. Battery life is ridiculously short. Hard to program. Not user friendly, especially for children. When deciding to return the phone, I was told the $25 in minutes I purchased, but could not USE, was NONREFUNDABLE. Since I told the company I was returning the phone, my online account has been deactivated and I can no longer see the amount of money on the account.
